The 2026 gathering
The 68th Rendez-Vous de Septembre takes place in Monaco from 5 to 9 September 2026. Founded in 1957, the RVS brings insurance and reinsurance market participants together for bilateral discussions ahead of annual renewals. Its working week centres on scheduled meetings and sector sessions.
The official 2026 programme lists badge collection and several sessions at the Fairmont Monte-Carlo, while participants arrange meetings across Monaco. Plan your accommodation around your own appointments, diary and preferred type of space.
My Residence d'Azur is an independent address in Beausoleil, not an official RVS hotel, partner or sponsor. Direct bookings are separate from RVS special rates and room allotments.

Where to stay
When comparing RVS Monaco hotels with an apartment or studio, Beausoleil offers an alternative beside the Principality. My Residence d'Azur is at 10 Route des Serres and describes Monte-Carlo as approximately eight minutes away on foot. This is not a promised time to the Fairmont or every RVS venue.
Choose a double room for a shorter trip or a kitchenette studio for more independence. The Maison is private, intimate and design-led, without trying to reproduce the services of a large Monaco hotel.
Between briefings, bilateral meetings and dinners, return to a composed place near Monaco, away from the busiest hospitality areas.
Choose your space
The collection has six categories. Choose by capacity and by the level of independence you need, then review the live availability for your travel dates.
Superior and Classic Double Studios welcome up to two guests and include a kitchenette and private bathroom. They suit delegates who prefer the flexibility of an apartment-style space during a multi-day business stay.
Superior and Classic Triple Studios welcome up to three guests, with a double bed, a single bed and a kitchenette. They provide more space for colleagues or travellers who value a roomier layout.
Superior and Classic Double Rooms welcome up to two guests. They do not have a kitchenette and offer a more hotel-like setup centred on rest, a private bathroom and everyday comfort.
Every category includes air conditioning and fibre Wi-Fi. Exact layout, size and features vary, so use the Rooms & Studios page to compare the verified details before booking.

A business-friendly stay
RVS days are shaped by conversations and timing. The right accommodation should support the hours between appointments without adding unnecessary complexity.
Return from bilateral meetings to a calm private room or studio, with air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a setting designed around rest rather than a crowded public lobby.
Choose a studio with a kitchenette for greater independence across a five-day programme, or a double room when your stay is shorter and simplicity matters most.
Companies can contact My Residence d'Azur to discuss several rooms or a tailored professional stay. Requests remain subject to actual availability and confirmation.
Beausoleil and Monaco
Beausoleil sits directly next to Monaco, making it a natural area to consider when accommodation inside the Principality is not the only option. My Residence d'Azur is a Belle Époque address at 10 Route des Serres, 06240 Beausoleil, in a residential setting above Monte-Carlo.
The website states that Monte-Carlo and Casino Square are about an eight-minute walk away, using the characteristic Beausoleil stairs or public lifts. Monaco is steep, so assess the route against your mobility, luggage and individual meeting schedule.
We do not state a fixed distance or journey time to the Fairmont Monte-Carlo. RVS appointments can take place at different addresses, and the most useful plan is the one built around your confirmed diary.

Prepare the stay
Start with your confirmed dates and decide whether you need a room or the independence of a studio. Search your actual arrival and departure, which may differ from the 5–9 September programme.
September is one of Monaco's busiest periods for international business events. Checking availability early can provide a wider choice of room and studio categories, without implying that a particular unit is about to sell out.
Use the official programme and private appointments to identify each day's locations before evaluating routes.
Choose a double room for simplicity or a kitchenette studio for greater independence.
Manage registration and official hotel allocations through RVS; book the Maison through its independent channels.
